Deliveries
Orders will be dispatched promptly once payment has been processed and received.
It is our objective to have all orders dispatched within the same working day of order provided we receive your order by 3pm and the product is in stock.
A flat fee of $20.00 (including GST) postage and handling will be charged on all orders.
We reserve the right to charge higher postage for extremely heavy parcels delivered within Australia.
We will contact you immediately should an additional postage charge be required.
Returns
Healthy Water Technologies Australia reserves the right not to supply full refund unless through the warranty policy.
We provide a 10 working day money back guarantee.
All freight, plumbing and installation costs will be borne by the customer.
