I purchased the HWTA Home Edge and fitted it to our main water supply at our home in the UK.

I have had the HWTA Water Energiser – Commercial Edge fitted to my pool for the last two summers now and have been really happy with the results.
My pool was a salt/chlorine pool. The setup I had prior to having the Commercial Edge fitted was your typical chlorinator cell generating chlorine from the added salt.
The main benefits I have found with this device is that the water is very much like swimming in natural spring water, there is no chlorine or salt smell and you do not need to shower after every swim.
I am happy to tell people about my experiences with the Commercial Edge that I’ve had on my pool for the last couple of years.

My dam was always a dirty, mirky colour with zero visibility. After putting a HWTA Water Energiser – Commercial Edge in the centre of the dam over a submersible pump I can now see the bottom of the dam through the clear water. It has changed the appearance so now the dam is a water feature!

Here at Alkaway we’ve searched for solutions that we can support locally and internationally (we like our life as it is and are very careful that a new product doesn’t change this with customer complaints!)
When we discovered the Australian designed HOMEedge we were thrilled! We had our own reasons beyond the many uses that are listed. A BIG problem for all water filters is dissolved calcium, so common in water supplies all over the world.
In the case of electronic water filters/ionisers, it’s a serious problem as the electrolysis process causes calcium to drop out of its dissolved state and become ‘sticky’ clinging to everything including the internals of the unit of filters. In our natural filters/ionizers we had a far less problem because we do not use electrolysis but calcium always reduces the effective life of any filter as it coats the surfaces of the filtration and alkalising media. However we found the HOMEedge CONVERTS DISSOLVED CALCIUM (CaCO3) TO A DIFFERENT FORM OF CALCIUM KNOWN AS ARAGONITE
Aragonite is NOT a “sticky” calcium and therefore does not accrete on surfaces. In fact in using the HOMEedge we have found calcium that had already accumulated on places like shower screens slowly dissolved remaining clean and clear. The results also showed that it removes 99% of chlorine and 29% of fluoride.
To comply with our philosophy, we insisted that the inventor submit the HOMEedge to the same independent university laboratory testing that we used with the UltraStream. Our experience after 16 years is to not believe any filter or water system efficiency claims unless independent test results are supplied.

We were compelled to write to your company to let you know how much of a difference we have noticed in our water since installing the Home Edge.
My partner and I use natural products for washing,shaving and shampoo for our hair.
One of the downside of natural products is you get no lathering of the soaps.
We noticed straight away that the home edge has soften our town water supply that know we are getting lathering from our cleaning products.
We love the softness the taste and the feel of our water.
